The platform replaced manual, spreadsheet-driven underwriting with a structured digital process, cutting turnaround time on policy quotes and reducing manual error. Delivered the full product documentation set and supported rollout and onboarding across client partners post-launch.

Managed improvements to a Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) spanning patient workflows, billing, inventory, and lab modules across multiple facilities in Kenya. Owned the QA process for each release, running structured test cycles before rollout, and led user training with both the engineering team and hospital staff to drive adoption. Worked directly with clinical teams to translate real hospital workflows into system requirements.

Built an AI-powered research platform designed to take a researcher from a raw topic to a finished, cited draft in one connected workflow. Owned the roadmap and defined the AI integrations layer: multi-model AI chat (GPT, Claude, Gemini from one interface), AI cross-validation for fact-checking model outputs, a discovery engine for surfacing research topics, and a citation-backed writing workflow drawing on a 250-million-paper academic database. Defined the UI/UX architecture end to end and ran the roadmap through launch, including go-to-market and lifecycle messaging.

Delivered a fintech app linked directly with KCB Bank and M-Pesa, managing wallet top-ups, card issuance, peer-to-peer transfers, and secure transactions. Owned the API integration requirements connecting the app to banking rails, and planned the roadmap for upcoming budgeting and goal-based saving modules.

Led product delivery on a youth soccer team management platform covering the full operational lifecycle for clubs: parent and player registration, team and roster management, tryout scheduling and payments, secure online payment processing for fees and donations, player performance tracking, and volunteer coordination. Defined requirements across five distinct user roles, each with different permissions and workflows, and drove the shift from a standalone club tool toward multi-tenant SaaS with per-club environments and subscription tiers.

Delivered a real-time dark-web breach alerting platform serving both SMEs and law enforcement agencies. Owned the requirements for platform architecture, UI dashboards, and the alerting/notification logic that flags a breach the moment it's detected. Coordinated directly with threat intelligence data sources to keep detection accurate and current, balancing real-time responsiveness against false-positive rates.

Authored the complete product requirements for an AI-powered corporate wellness platform from the ground up. The platform pairs an AI coach (five distinct motivational personas, from "Tough Love Motivator" to "Holistic Healer") with personalized health recommendations generated from calendar availability, connected health-app data (Apple Health, Google Fit, Samsung Health), and a 25-question onboarding questionnaire. Designed the full gamification layer — points, streaks, weekly AI-generated challenges, levels — alongside an HR dashboard with burnout risk detection, anonymized employee feedback, and GDPR/CSRD-compliant reporting. 78 user stories end to end, plus system requirements (SSO, calendar API integration, AI audit logging) and non-functional requirements.

Africa's AI-powered intelligence layer connecting climate and energy infrastructure projects, data, and capital, for Bayes Consulting. The platform runs a multi-agent system spanning project prioritization, developer support, and investor matching, including two flagship agentic modules: an Interconnector Agent that proposes technically viable power-grid routing optimized for co-location with existing rail/highway corridors (cutting capex 15–30%) and sizes capacity around anchor loads like mines, ports, and SEZs; and a Corridor Development Agent that quantifies GDP/jobs/economic impact for proposed corridors, identifies bankable project nodes, and re-runs its analysis as financing or milestones change. The Project Developer module turns a plain-language project idea into a full investment-ready dataroom (concept note, pre-feasibility pack, financial model, ESIA draft, grant/investor matching), while the Investor module delivers curated, mandate-aligned pipelines with standardized due-diligence packs. Owned platform QA testing and authored the commercial rollout proposal for the Project Developer module.
